I think only key to gain a healthy life is to promote our ancient culture the way of taking meals on leaves or the things which are not harmful , because if it's about health every single thing matters , if we will talk about food , less spicy oily food makes us fit and long aged too , using junk will make us junk one day and it's a bitter truth , proper balance diet and use of eco-friendly utensils, and nutrition food could only gave you a healthy and wealthy too life

Why we are using the futura pans, non stick kadhais and not our traditional iron ones? Does it make middle class sense? If we restart the use of iron utensils like pans, kadhais, tongs regularly, it will help us to make up our daily intake of iron...so simple thing it is...i dont know why we love to follow the western habits? the science behind each and every Indian thing...we should get to know and forward to our next generations....its our responsibility.

As we know healthy food leads to healthy life so, online food orders must be limit because this mostly contain junk and fatty food which harm our energy our working capability our mind sharpness and many more.It makes the person too lazy to do.So My suggestion is to limit the online ordering of food items.

The packaging label of a food tells us to make healthy and right choice , but we never in a practice to have a check on the labels of packaged foods, ready to eat foods, snacks. It will be a great habit for us. per serving content is the best mean to limit the packaged food. This is my guiding Video of reading the f00d labels.
