Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is a suggestion for fixing specific turn around time for the delivery of services by Central Government.
While many states implemented Right to Public Service legislations providing for specific timelines with respect to ration cards, caste certificates etc., no law exists with respect to Central Government services.

To achieve Good Governance, we need to enforce accountability in delivery of service. In my view, a standard timeline matrix should be implemented.

Must appreciate Govt undertaking of reforms in various systems. My observations in regard with Insurance- seems IRDA has suggested to increase premiums for all the insurance covers. IRDA is for the help to public or For insurance companies? The premiums this year for medical cover has been increased to the extent of around 60%. Reasons not explained. You receive a notice without details if you don’t pay your cover that has been going for years is gone. Exploiting and just blackmail.

first of all I would like to thanks our respected PM - Mr.Narendra Modi Ji who Gave this big oppurtunity to participate in these programs . We can easily share our thoughts and idea through it . I want to let you know about India's education system which is not good . students get best colleges , jobs on the basis of their grades not talent ...need to improve education policy .

(6) In case of any eventuality the exit would not be able to handle the rush and certainly the disabled cannot get out. I could not locate a fire exit.
(7) The area around the Mohan Cooperative Showrooms did not display a sense of discipline, which is expected from one of the modern industrial areas, and which should keep a disaster at a bay.

(3) The entry to the premises is a small ramp which is obstructed by the table of the security staff. So, every time a wheel chair has to go in or out, this table has to be moved by 90 degrees.
(4) The entry and exit to the hall are thru a door with is less than 24 inches wide
(5) The place was crowded with people who had come to seek the services of the ASK as per hourly appointment

(1) Google suggested entry near metro pillar no 319 and then taking me 270 degree anticlockwise along the perimeter of the plot to reach the ASK at B1, G2, Mohan Cooperative Area. The place is not too safe as explained herein after.
(2) There is only a single wheel chair to ferry the disabled. There is no biometric tablet which could come out of the centre so that disabled does not have to travel to the hall.

For updation of mobile number on Aadhaar of my ailing and wheel chair dependent mother, I visited Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK) at Mohan Cooperative Area on 05th Mar 2021 with due online appointment. The humanly cooperation of the centre manager, Mr. Devender Singh Rohilla and his Enrolment Operator, Mr. Lakshay Sharma resulted in updation of the data for my 78-year-old mother. I owe my gratitude to the team working at ASK.
