Ministry of Women and Child Development has formulated a draft Bill on “Trafficking of Persons (Prevention, Protection and Rehabilitation) Bill, 2016” for further consultations ...
Law says law is above all. If law is above all, then why it can’t solve the millions of cases in last decades. Why the seekers of proper justice are avoiding the way to the courts? Only peoples who have money and criminals are knocking the door of courts. The poor common citizens of India and who wants to live in peace are the victims by law. As per our education “all are child of god”. The word like cast, gender, religion etc are used by law, how can it be above all? Are we wrongly educated?

We commend the GOI for its intent to safe guard the rights of workers who desire to migrate and prevent the extortion by agents who otherwise cheat workers and lead them into conditions of forced labour. We therefore welcome an anti trafficking Bill.
Having said this, we would also like to highlight the lacuna in the present draft an
We the common human are harassed and tortured by the persons who are appointed to rescue us from harassed or tortured they want only money. Please save us from tortured in the name of relief or justice. Today we are in internet era, though we have to give money or go as per their choice of police/lawyers/social worker as well as judge. Why we don't have online portal of total "online self service" as "internet banking"? BRING THE TRANSPARENCY....... in the system first.
Kindly find the attached comments on the above mentioned draft bill from Sappho for Equality, a Kolkata based activist forum working for the rights and social justice of lesbian, bisexual women and transmen (female to male transpersons).

How to stop / minimize Rape cases in India :
1. Indian law is not strict enough, once Rape victim is certified, should be hanged till death within one week.
2. Prostitute should be legalized in all over India , like most of all other countries in the world, so if someone is on his saturation point regarding his sex appeal or passion, so he can go to the prostitute and satisfied himself.
