These sometimes are made strong by reported cases of vaccine causing death such as in Bihar. Making all the citizens feel responsible for maintaining cleanliness while using public properties like roads, parks, bridges etc., People spitting on road is a very common phenomenon in India. Which should be avoided. If that is avoided half of the diseases prevailing in India will vanish. So we all should start a drive to make everybody feel responsible for the public properties in India.
