Mother Tongue Instruction be made mandatory in all schools, irrespective of all managements in all states. Though Education is in concurrent list, medium of instruction should not be left at the discretion of states for the option. Otherwise rich culture and heritage of India Will be ruined severely. Already around 1800 languages have been extincted, lost their identity. It's a very serious issue at this juncture. Mother Tongue Instruction will help a lot to the pupil in academics.

I have a unique Spoken English training methodology (which can also be used to teach any other language), which can be used to develop Spoken English skills in students across India. It works amazingly well. I'm willing to share it with the Govt at no cost if the Govt is seriously interested.

SEX EDUCATION (GOOD TOUCH AND BAD TOUCH ) FOR CHILDREN IN EVERY SCHOOL SHOULD BE MADE COMPULSORY as Government commissioned survey has found that more than 53% of children in India are subjected to sexual abuse, but most don't report the assaults to anyone. The survey, found that two out of every three children have been physically abused.Parents and relatives, persons known to the child or in a position of trust and responsibility were mostly found to be perpetrators of child sexual abuse.

The current education system should be transformed into a outcome based system. Teachers play a pivotal role in this regard. Every teacher must realize their roles and responsibilities. Teachers working in governmental and related institutions must keep themselves in par with those in the best private institutions. Teachers promotion and Pay should be linked with their performance. In Higher Educational institutions Research and Teaching must be segregated and different policies must be adopted

FOSTER PARENT/ FAMILY SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (FSR) Scheme: PM may appeal to middle & upper class urbanites to ADOPT A STUDENT, esp after 12th Std, from rural areas as the FOSTER PARENT, assisting the student financially & emotionally in coming up in their lives. This will offer the benefactor the psychological benefit of giving back to the society in a tangible, way. Many poor rural children will get urban exposure and come up better and sooner, also reducing the burden on their poor parents.
