आम जनता / हितधारक को सूचित किया जाता है कि कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता मंत्रालय (MSDE) युवाओं हेतु शिक्षुता के अवसरों को बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से ‘अप्रेंटिस अधिनियम, 1961 में संशोधन पर टिप्पणी / सुझाव आमंत्रित करता है।

In many CPSU, their maximum work is done through outsourcing company. And these outsourcing company are recruit unskilled workers through backdoor entry, due to this the skilled apprentice doesn't get opportunity to show their potential. that's why government should make a strict policy that outsourcing company will recruit only act apprentice completed candidate especially those candidate who were get trained in the same organisation because those this candidate are very familiar with the work

Act apprentice completed candidates should get priority in the the job opportunity in their establishment.
Cpsu like MCL, SECL, ECL etc. There is no job opening in the companies since many year.
Apprentice candidates should get permanent employment in the vacant position in the company

Sir ji maine 2018-19 Apprenticeship kri h PGCIL sy transmission ki sab sy badi company h soucha ki jeevan ab sudhar raha h lakin 1 saal tak hi jeevan thik tha humney Apprenticeship kr k apney aap ko maut k hawale kr diya h sir hume koi puchne wala nahi h sir ji 2 rastey hi bache hain Apprenticeship k baad pehla rasta suicide aur dusra bhi yahi h hume bacha lijiye sir hum barbad ho gye sir iss box mai word kam pad jayengai agr hum apna dard likhne lage sir ji

Apprenticeship needs definite catagorisation, i.e; traditional , art and culture, facilities management , fashion and beauty, herbal and organic, machines and technology, food crafts and nutrition , electronics and digitisation so , hardware and networking , graphics and virtuality , plastic and polyester, general and technical, systematic and civil, to my concern these are the basic differenciations required to be observed.

Apprenticeship should be qualitative, trainers should be equally qualified, good exposure towards digital world, hand on experience on computers etc. No biased approach / Corrupt practices, as happened in many PSUs. If possible, successful apprenticeship should be absorbed in the same organization either on role or through contractual appointment.

GOI must make use of experienced Engineers to impart engineering skills and make it easy for them to start skill training centre. I am willing to contribute heavily for imparting technical skill, but I don't once proper guidance as to whom to approach. The system must be easy to start one skill centre, I don't want to run around for registration and the like
