I want to please you for issue guidelines hoe to manage this second wave of virus, for example alternate day shops opening, manage distance in coching and library, online classes for some subject only.

Smart testing and vaccination centers.

Build a smart testing center that does the following.
- User who wants to get tested registers a token in the testing app.
- The app notifies when the user's turn comes.
- User who don't have a smartphone can issue a token on the counter or via phone calls

Benefits,
People don't need to stand in lines to get tested or vaccinated.
This will reduce the transmission rates standing in lines and make testing/vaccination very convenient.

Would recommend the govt to start curbing the freebies doled out to SC/ST/OBC - Since Independence in 1947, there have been reservations in place for SC/ST. This means that 2 generations, if not 3 of each family have obtained benefits. Now if even after 2 generations receiving benefits, they have not improved their situation - then they never will. Please stop putting the burden of their failure on the rest of society. Instead of trying to uplift themself they will become used to freebies

Given any integral number, say x, where the unit digit of the integer ‘x’ is ‘q’ and ‘p’ is the number formed by eliminating the unit digit of the number x. Then, the square of the integer ‘x’ can be expressed as;
x2 = [{10 (x*p + p*q)} + q2]

Proof: With respect to the above formula, ‘x’ can be expressed in the form; x = (10p + q) … [ If, x = 312. Then, p = 31 and q = 2. And so, (10p + q) = (10*31 + 2) = (310 + 2) = 312]
Let’s took, x = (10p + q) = 312. Then, p = 31 and q = 2
(10p + q)2 = [{10 (312*31 + 31*2)} + 22]
That is, 100p2 + 2*10p*q + q2 = [{10 (9672 + 62)} + 22] = [{10 (9734)} + 22]
That is, 100*31*31 + 2*10*31*2 + 22 = [{10 (9734)} + 22]
That is, 96100 + 1240 + 4 = [{97340} + 22]
That is, 9734 =97344 [Hence Proved]

For instance, I took a number, say 13(x). Then, q (that is, the unit digit) = 3 and ‘p’ = 1. Applying the above lemma to get
(13)2 = [{10 (13*1 + 1*3)} + 32]
That is, (13)2 = [{10 (13 + 3)} + 32] = [{10 (16)} + 32] = [{160} + 32] [160 +9] = 169.

For instance, I took a number, say 312(x). Then, q = 2 and p = 31. Applying the above lemma to get
(312)2 = [{10 (312*31 + 31*2)} + 22]
That is, (312)2 = [{10 (9672 + 62)} + 22] = [{10 (9734)} + 22] = [{97340} + 22] = [97340 + 4] = 97344.
Verification: 312*312 = 97344

The above ‘auxiliary theorem’ can be applied to any integral number (or integer) to find the result. It was discovered by me when I was on the way to search some new facts about the numbers.
