JAI SHREE KRISHNA, PRANAAM. SOME BANKS LIKE KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION SEND DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS AND CHARGE THEM. IT SHOULD BE AVOIDED. THEY ARE DOING IT SINCE LAST NO. OF YEARS.

OF BANKS OPENED ON DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS FOR DIFFERENT REASONS, NOW IF I DO NOT OPERATE FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS , THEY FREZZE IT. WHY WE CANNOT HAVE A COMMON UPDATION IN A SERVER WHERE MY UPDATION OF ADDRESS, PHONE NO. ETC. IS SAVED AND RESPECTIVE ORGANISATIONS CAN ACCESS AND COMPLETE AT THEIR END. I MEAN A KYC CENTRAL SERVER.

My opinion on Hindu Law. At present as per our Hindu Law, if both Bride & Bridegroom want to take Divorce by their Mutual consent ,they have to approach Civil court to get Divorce Decree in their favour. so,it takes years together and their life goes to spoil with present provisions and so many problems are arising in their families.
My suggestion if both Bride & Bridegroom want to separate by mutual consent,they may executed a Regd.Deed of Divorce before the Registrar of Marriages is enough.
