Modiji, Nameste! The house plan which needs approval should be made digital. Even the new electric and water connection as all these departments are still corrupt. People are shelling out huge amount to get their dream home built. And builders pay bribe to these corrupt officials and gets the plan approved with lot of deviations. For Atmanirbhar Bharat, people should work and come out of free mindset. Here in India the non working class gets everything for free, or at a cheap price which is from our tax money. Modiji Namaste! Many roadside hawkers selling samosa, panipoori, etc.. make good amount of money. They are not taxed, should bring them in tax bracket. Else benefits should be given to tax payers. Due to votebank politics this country is loosing fame. Still India is a golden bird. Benefits will be given to people who show tax returns. Stop this free mindset. Modiji, Nameste! There are different khata for different properties. In Bangalore we have A, B, C, E khata. can we have only 1 Khata. Also to get a Khata one need to give bribe to all officials. This should be linked to central server where immediately after registration, buyer is able to download his Khata digitally. Also government should allow people to pay property taxes online for any kind of property. Currently only the BDA/BBMP properties are eligible for online payment. Vijaya Bhaskar

Modi Ji, Namaskar! I would like to say that Government should not only protect the ASI monuments but also should look for old temples which are more than 1000 years old, which depicts our culture. There are many temples which are not maintained. It would help if government thinks of PPP and come up with some initiatives like swachh bharat where all cities all old temples are renovated.
