What are the biggest barriers to affordable, accessible, efficient, and safe transportation in your city?

One of the main problem in urban mobility is the issue of the pedestrians not walking on the footpath. The conditions of footpaths in cities especially in towns are not in good condition. The footpaths are broken and are coated with a paint of picks of paanI thereby request the local boards to solve this issue. Moreover I request the gov to make the footpath a hub for creativity such as 3D art on footpath, flower pots on thesides of footpath and also some books to make our footpath interseting.
