Dear Sir,Sharing idea-"Yashoda Mamta Griha" a baby care center.Govt. baby care center should be created in urban areas every 500 sq meter(with cctv). Also my digital library concept is useful to take technology to the most deprived. Also with some modifications this can be used for facilitating peace in violent areas.Received ack/response from UN Africa Renewal as attached. Pls. give appnt for 5 min. demo. Also believe cleaning choked(latrine)gutters can be more effective than sweeping as campaign.

Some of the impotent...points for safety as of my knowledge....
1. Safety policy should follow (daily...5 Min...safety induction classes through public addressing system (TV))
2. camera policy (some important area should be monitored by safety Dept) (If any incident happed on the camera area we can easily find the root-case...)
3. Health policy (daily 5 to 10 minutes exercises for all employee before going to work through music (P/A) and everey year health check up camp...)

In Housing for All by 2022"policy-1."Rent a House" be promoted with maximum protection of ownership rights of the owner.2. Private Owner of a peice of a land can not keep 24x7 vigil. Many of such lands are enchroched by Bahubalis. Unauthorised colonies are created by such people on Government lands as well as private lands. Stringent Rules in favour of owner (especialy small owner) with effective implimentation are must.3.Board displaying all details of sanctions must at every construction site.

Like Make In India-campaign there must b a campaign HELP FARMERS.Illiteracy, poverty and backwardness are still gripping most of our farmers, who r in most of d cases unaware of govt schemes to develop agriculture. At least in eastern U.P. farmers lack info about Kisan Credit Cards, and bank officials take frm them heavy commission on the issue of KCC.Distt level officials mst b made responsible to distribute KCC liberally or face harsh action.

mining is becoming synonym for corruption indirectly
everybody gone through the news in AP of GAALI JANARDHAN REDDY who made corruption in mining of some lakhs crores
then he was arrested and again he hot bail without any proper reason, filing as health conditions as major problem
govt can provide medical facilities In prison also with frequent arrival of govt appointed doctors
like this we have many idiots in india who are mincingly corrupted

Request, Don't let the mining sector being in CONTRACTORS hand. Select the genuine and educated persons to handle those sectors. Let the workers feel comfort and fearless jobs if any unexpected incidents happens while doing their work at workstation.

Our education system is giving broad-based education, not specific to any select-field."Hence, mining gets badly treated". I know there are BE courses, but if there are any ITI, DIPLOMA institutes offering 'mining'-specialty then, their experience will come as great input in framing REGULATING Structure to strengthen imparting skills in mining-in this newer exploding sector. "I feel, Govt. must rope in Foreign expertise" Ext.inputs (outsiders' view) will go a long-way to give the best shape .
