The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources. India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica. Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower. Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

If skills in the mining sector are provided for people(class-environment) means they know only about the theoretical way and so it doesn't help for any people.They trained in practical manner or real time implementation mean it help a people to gain lot of information about that domain.

Manganese ore mines at Bhat, Near Shivrajpur, taluka- Halol, Dist- Vadodara are abandoned. A fresh survey to be carried out for exploration of the manganese ore.

There is a Public grievance portal .Income Tax deptt.does NOT bother to take action even for years.This creates a bad image and public thinks that this is an eye wash.my complaint about non refund of IT has NOT been replied even after one year. A nodal officer may be appointed to monitor and ensure that action is taken within one month.H.P.Agrawal hagrawal_2004@yahoo.co.in

Prisoners:Except terrorist & brutal crime doers,most of prisoners are innocent,uneducated,& doing crimes due to poverty,situation etc.So they should be given a chance to learn & undo their mistakes.So like abroad they should be well treated to learn life.Facilities given in abroad like 24/7 communication with relatives,proper rooms,bed cots,blankets,complete CCTV recording with voice,Free choice of food from daily menu card,TV,books,games,education,&for good behavior reduce prison days are must.

DRDO should develop technology where normal mobiles should be able to converted into satellite connectivity phones in disaster areas,or forest or uninhabited areas,oceans & sea where fisherman can use their mobile to alert people or communicate with them in case they lost or seeing any terrorist activity.At least they should be able to communicate emergency center or Police control room,for Search & Rescue operation.Mobiles must have beacon switch inside it to alert in emergency w/o battery.

Conversion of Hut house & Brick roof houses to concrete house: Bring special schemes for gas account holders to convert their hut house or not concrete roof house people to convert their house into concrete floor house.Give tax exemption for the friends & relatives who are paying money to govt for their relations house or building conversions.So very soon India will be a place of no huts or stone or brick roof house will change to concrete roof house.People suffering lot during rains, & winter

Computerized bills in all doctor clinic,medical shops,hotels,gold shops,garments,shopping malls,large business sales,warehouses, To be made in local computerized Income tax offices,so we can have clear picture on complete transactions & keep tax according to the profit on it.For doctor clinic compulsory printout should be given to patient regarding the medicines prescribed and fees charged to them.Private medical industry should be come under separate ministry as lots of malpractice going on

Damage to archaeological objects & hiding archaeological valuables is going on every where.So strict rules,compulsory archaeological survey before any houses,or any construction begins must be created.The department also should take only 10 days to get application & give no objection certificate,if any objects found they should recover & give back the place to owners within 30 days or in case entire land is required then the total cost of the land should be given in market price within 2 months

Indian vehicle licensing system is nearly lost its functionality,because anyone who can start the vehicle engine can get driving licence.To stop it have online compulsory written exam & on line simulator exams should be made compulsory.These can be implemented easily,Even If we started it takes more than a decade to bring the quality of drivers to a good standards.Once implemented slowly make compulsory for other existing driving holders to pass these exams for renewing their licence.

Buses never stop at bus stops,no buses having auto closing safe sensor doors due to this daily lot of people got injured.Every bus stop must have two boxes drawn in before of it in the road to accommodate two buses at any time,if two boxes are occupied then third bus should wait and once previous two buses left 3 bus should occupy 1 st box.By keeping CCTV on important bus stops we can create a practice of making drivers stop and pick up the people.Put penalty if doors are not closed for drivers.
