On the occasion of international yoga day. We request the Prime minister of India to include a yoga training session once in a week for whole day in primary and secondary schools and colleges for students. Since we all know the benefits of yoga it would be better if we initiate yoga classes for students. Every school and college must have yoga training teacher.
If students or children include yoga practice in their initial stages of life then they might have more focus and clarity on their future life.

महर्षि पतंजलि ने अपने योगभाष्य में जिस तरह से योग का विस्तार से उल्लेख किया है उनसे पूर्व दुर्लभ है।जहां पतंजलि ने जैनियों की पांच प्रतिज्ञाएं, बौद्धों के योगाचार सम्मिलित किए हैं वहीं सांख्यवादियों के विचार भी है।वास्तव में चित्त की चंचलता को रोककर मन को भटकने से रोकना ही योग है जो आगे चलकर यम, नियम, आसन, प्रणायाम, प्रत्याहार धारणा, समाधि आदि मुद्राओं के रूप में बदल गया।जिससे सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का संचार, तनाव से मुक्ति, शारीरिक,मानसिक,क्षमताओं का विकास, शरीर में लचीलापन आता ही है।अनेक आधि-व्याधियों,महामारियों से लड़ने जीतने के द्वार खुलते हैं।महर्षि पतंजलि ने अपने योग सूत्रों के माध्यम से योग की एक-एक सूक्ष्मता पर ध्यान केन्द्रित किया जो आठवीं शती तक संसार में गूंजता रहा।विदेशी विद्वानों ने आकर स्वीकारा।इसी योग को उन्नीसवीं सदी में स्वामीविवेकानंद ने अज्ञानता के बादलों को हटाने वाला बताया।स्वामी दयानन्दसरस्वती स्वंय योग करते थे।
भारतीय परम्पराओं संस्कृति सभ्यता और प्रचलित मान्यताओं के परिप्रेक्ष्य में सृष्टि के आरम्भ के साथ ही सृष्टि के आदि पुरुष आदि योगी भगवान शिव से योग का आरम्भ होता है।उसके बाद सप्तर्षि आदियोगी से मिले इस ज्ञान को संसार में फैलाते हैं।इसी के साथ आदि ग्रन्थ ऋग्वेद योग का सर्वप्रथम उल्लेख करता है।उसके अनुसार योग व्यक्ति की चेतना को ब्रह्माण्ड की चेतना से जोड़ता है।योग तन मन मानव व प्रकृति के मध्य पूर्ण सामंजस्य का सेतु है।अथर्ववेद में संयासियों का एक समूह शरीर के विभिन्न आसनों का महत्व समझाता है जो कालान्तर में योग के रूप में विकसित हुआ।याज्ञवल्क्य गार्गी संवाद में योग की चर्चा है।गार्गी छांदोग्यपिनषद के आधार पर योग की बात करती है।इसके अलावा अन्य वेद उपनिषद ब्राह्मण आरण्यक पुराण रामायण महाभारत तप ध्यान कठोर आचरण से तन मन को अनुशासित रखने वाले ऋषि मुनियों के ज्ञानविज्ञान से भरे पड़े हैं।
