Private sector participation initiatives in Higher education should be introduced step by step, first with experimental basic or as a pilot project IIT’s, IIM’s. PPP is relevant to only technical / professional education . Corporate and industry should be voluntary participant in guiding the HE’s in syllabus framing and requirements of market
