1. There is no 'open' discussion without open participation in creating an ecosystem where the citizen is placed ahead of the state and/or private or institutional interests.
2. The draft posted does not appear to have included such an open discussion. Rather than closing suggestions on the previously opaquely created draft today, on May 31, it would be more sensible to create an open platform for creating suggestions.
3. There is no space for specific suggestions here.
sir , we should concentrate in our education system , we have to encourage or pay importance to quility e-learning .
we should spend atleast 10% of our GDP on education system, because investment in education is long term investment
