Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance or UMANG developed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology was inspired from the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister, who said “e-Governance, let us think about ‘mobile first’ and thus give importance to m-Governance”.

On November 23, 2017, the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi dedicated the UMANG Mobile app to the Nation with 163 services. UMANG is an initiative to build a common, unified platform, aggregating major government services of Center, States, local bodies, including important utility services, to facilitate a single point access through mobile app, anytime, anywhere. Citizens need to download just one mobile application and can access multiple services.

UMANG was envisaged to have a transformative and historic impact on the lives of citizens by allowing them to avail digital services on 24*7, without any intermediary. Connected government, effective & economic governance, citizen centricity, inclusiveness, universal access and citizen participation in governance are some of the key benefits of UMANG for citizens as well as the Government.

Within a short period of its successful running, the mobile app bagged the ‘Best m-Government Service’ award at the 6th World Government Summit held at Dubai, UAE, in February 2018. UMANG also won at the IDC Digital Transformation Awards 2018 in August, under the category Omni-experience Innovator, which recognized it as a pioneering initiative.

The ‘Digital India Jury choice award 2018-19’ and DARPG Gold award 2018-19 for ‘Excellence in providing Citizen Centric Delivery’ respectively, were also bestowed upon UMANG. Information dissemination and delivery of government services, for assisting citizens on various aspects of life & livelihood, is being taken to another level through the consolidation of many important and widely used government services onto a single unified mobile app i.e. UMANG

UMANG Team now invites your suggestions for which 3 new services to on-board from State/Central Government departments on to the UMANG Platform.

मानव अधिकारों से संबंधित सभी प्रकार की नियमावली उमंग एप पर दर्शाई जानी चाहिए जिससे लोगों को अपने अधिकारों की जानकारी मिल सके। और लोगों का अप्रत्याशित शोषण न हो।

3.. Services for women security purposes:-. To get immediate helplines for domestic and social violence.

START UP INDIA STAND UP INDIA has changed the life and image of our country from ease of doing business to everything by creating lakhs of new jobs to our Indians rather than seeking jobs they are giving jobs to lakhs which needs to be highlighted and many startup are going global and creating better image and wealth to the nation..
This is not highlighted well in any forum or medium.. it has not reached the last mile in terms of its benefits...show case how people laughed initially when this was launched and now see its results... Please create small videos and highlight the benefits and tell people what is your vision in each step you have taken its in the interest of the people by the people and for the people...In all ways and means it should be told differently to different people as their understanding poor...some needs video..image and some are suttle message and some needs strong messages...
We have large population in country are ingratitude even after taking all benefits

Please include Passport services and all PSU & STATE Govt Jobs available..this will help the youth from small villages to apply and approach the correct office and officers otherwise you have middle men who are misusing and cheating the poor people.

There are so many opportunities for Indian youth can take benefit from the other countries in terms of Job opportunities. After Covid there are many lakh job opportunities are available outside India also it should be utilized before its taken over by other countries and our enemy countries more so...

There are huge opportunities to show case in all DD channels of different language the job opportunities whether its in Defence or any PSU/STATE GOVT also quazi govt companies to come on regular intervals daily which will help the viewership base and also spread correct information to general public in this world of false media with all fake news.

ग्राम पंचायत के लिए कब कितना पैसा भेजा और किस किस काम के लिए भेजा, की जानकारी उसी समय पंचायत वासियों को भी whatsapp, email या by post इत्यादि से भेजी जाएं। जिससे कि ग्राम पंचायत प्रधान इन योजनाओं का बेनिफिट सिर्फ अपनो को ही न दे कर सब को बराबर दें, वो व्यक्ति चाहे किसी भी पार्टी को सपोर्ट करता हों।

Greetings...

Thanks for deputing your valuable time for reviewing my /public Grievance/suggestions, which I had registered/given online.

I agreed with your reply but my concern is to give the justice to grieved person /public.

Additionally the idea is to rate the concerned department Grievance Wise and not by User Wise. In view of the above, my re-review the same and do the needful, especially upgrade the system with additional features, as suggested.

Respected Sir,

separate portal for Squad doctors/medical officers committee.

Moto of this committee:
if any person feels doubt on private/govt hospital treatment, he/she can reach this portal and select nearest squad/officers committee as per his choice and ask for help on investigation on his/her medical treatment. for that team can charge amount from the person who requested committee.

this committee will check all the treatment reports from the date of joining, medicines used and also medicines cost. post analysis team will share their reports to the requester.

note: all the private and government hospitals should allow this committee for investigation at any point of time.
