A National Mission on Mentoring (NMM) offers individuals to engage in the processes of learning under an experienced professional. To accomplish this goal a large pool of senior/ retired faculty can be selected as potential mentors for mentees. The selected mentors would be utilized for the specific purpose of mentoring students, teachers and school leaders. This would provide an opportunity to network with experts, engage in forums to exchange 'earnings, best practices and disseminate findings across various domains.

A structure of mentoring, therefore, offers a solution to address the existing gaps in decentralized manner. To regulate the functioning of NMM at each level of education structure, different stakeholders/ actors interact with each other to achieve a common goal towards improving the acquisition and transfer of knowledge, skills and mindsets. The main objective is to improve school education system through enhanced leadership in education. This can be achieved through the incorporation of large scale, decentralized technology assisted mentoring structure at different level of education system.

In this regard, a draft document on NMM titled as "Bluebook on Mentoring" has been placed in public domain on 03.11.2021, as a set of guidelines towards creation of a document and platform for National Mission for Mentoring.

NCTE invites inputs, suggestions and feedback on the draft document "Bluebook on Mentoring" from all stakeholders.

Mentor is necessary for support any student through different way.a system has to adopt formaintain and regulate properly and continously.

Dear Modiji and Team,

1. For qualifications apart from the general ones the mentor should be reasonably well versed in Bhagawad Geeta, puranas, Upanishads for starters... This way he/she will know the importance of karma, virtues, values and thus instill them on the mentees.

2. Accountability comes in if the classes are recorded or surveilled this serves dual purpose keeps the mentor and mentee in line and also can use the video for review purposes.

Dear prime minister THE PRIDE OF INDIA . Myself sheela jagtiani booked an apartment with banglore builder in skyview project nr airport banglore paid Rs seven lakhs thru bsnk as advance in 2014 . Project till date has not come . We asked for refund in 2016 . Buildee promised with 8% int but till date not refunding our money . Trying thru Reta karnataka but still no help . Would suggest that center should intervene n help us in getting money even . Wr r sr citizen and helpless with govmnt agency

Modiji, In school & college locality shops,bushes are the main hide&seek corners to smoke, inject,smell narcotic drugs & chew panmasala.Panmasala products are still produced in India & Ganja plants are still grown even on roadsides of several indian states.The narcotic drugs areplenty available now in every corners in day light where students are customers.To protect future generation I request to appoint mentor in charge of each student compulsory, to watch & protect every student by Mentor
