Genuine MSMEs may be identified because to avail the benefits of being MSME many fake enterprise working under cover of the MSME and procuring goods from any local market instead of manufacturing the same just to avail the protection of MSME.

MSMEs have been emerging with lot of innovative products and concepts. However, there are two challenges one that there is a crowd or noise where the innovation is getting lost and second there is red tapism in India's bureaucratic due to which even if there is an innovative product there is no policy to go for it. SourcApp is one such product World's only ERP Software awaiting to be recognized in own country when successfully being used across continents. From a Startup India company.

On 3D computer Aided design (CAD) and Manufacturing (CAM), Ministry of micro small and medium industries should tie up with major vendors in aiding the Micro industries to buy at a low cost. At present affordability discourages the MSMEs from using the latest technology tools.

If government is really interested in implementing ICT it should use for monitoring payments receivables to MSME through out the country. MSME are the major employers. The MSME entrepreneur is not safeguarded and is always looked like a milking cow by everyone. Big industries, traders, retailers are using MSME funds for taking credit and govt has no control over this.in most cases he is stuck with cash flow day to day problems hence cannot think much. ICT should be linked with banks and MSME.
