1) Please take deterrent action against the people who indulge in the illegal transportation of minerals from one State to another , without paying mandatory taxes. These who operate from behind should be identified and brought to justice.
2) Kindly consider the feasibility of recognizing the students who secure first THREE State ranks in SSLC and Higher Secondary classes every year.
3) Please consider the idea of creating posts of Public Relations Officers in each district on priority. These PROs , who come under the union government can be mandated to give wide publicity for the multitude of schemes and programmes that have been implemented in various states.
