Start Date :
Jan 07, 2016
Last Date :

LPG is one of the ‘clean’ cooking fuel with present consumer base of 17cr in the country and present coverage is 60% of the households. Government of India is committed to ...
Sir / Madam I don't have AADHAR No. Please clarify "may I change my account to my wife, who is having both aadhar as well bank account
The Bjp govt has not lived up to middle class expectations,they want to fill coffers for new govt like las time by hurting the common middle class and losing elections again.development for burgeoning populations of those already enjoying a lot of constitutional securities ,by ripping off sons of the soil is their biggest mistake.they are repeating the same cheating tactic of robbing Peter to pay Paul.and this time the beneficiary religion itself brands them as terrorists:) frustrated 2be Hindu
Start selling different sizes cylinder in normal shops. (Outside locked in cage) even poor people can afford a small 5kg cylinder and dont ha to spend big money on 15 kg normal cylinder
With New Distributors:
2.The New Distributors must be of Cooperatives and not single Individuals; The DWACRA group network in AP is wonderful example to involve them in the distributors.
3. Take the Help of PRIs to identify the beneficiaries with out bias.
Which is forcing poor to stay out of LPG; If any one questions 3000, they give explanation that 2000 is for stove (double burner), 700 odd for Full Gas Cylinder, rest is book cost and others;
Do they really need a 2000 rs stove. In market the 2 burner stove is 1000 to 1100 with ISI mark; then why the hell the distributors, Oil companies and Government is not realizing the fact?
Lets discuss the possibility of giving the stoves for free; we can use the saved subsidy by GiveUp to provide it
Without Opening New Distributors;
1. Those who have LPG Connection are relatively well off than those do not have LPG; Therefore use SECC-2011, to automatically distribute Free LPG connection for the most deprived; when i Said free which should include Deposit for Cylinder, Regulator, and free gas stove of single burner; The problem in the current model of Deepam connections in Andhra Pradesh and elsewhere is that; the local distributor is charging nearly 3000 for new connection, which is ....
By giving away free biogas systems to rural poor, Govt can save over Rs 1,000 crores p.a. (50% in LPG gas subsidy for 1 crore of rural families), extend LPG-like facility for families owning cows, help the beneficiaries save over 50% on their fuel cost (over Rs 2,000 p.a. per family), save Rs 1,000 crore p.a. in foreign excnange, and have a Global-warming Mitigation Potential (GMP) of 200 Mt of CO(2) equiv. p.a, about US $ 2 Billion carbon credit. Seek an opportunity to make a presentation.
The situation will likely deteriorate, given that "Vision 2015" for the LPG sector focuses on raising LPG coverage in rural areas and in areas where its coverage is low. The target is to cover 75 per cent of the rural population by 2015 through upwards of 50 million new LPG connections, equal to virtually one-third of the existing connections. This will mean that the domestic LPG subsidy could potentially rival the diesel subsidy at its peak.
Dear sir,
I have seen a lot of people who are generally student, faces the real challenge to get an LPG cylinder. Can we introduce a new LPG cylinder like 5 kg or 7 kg or 10 kg with either green color or with color other than normal 14.2 kg cylinder(red) or 19 kg cylinder(blue) color (to distinctly identify) and distribute those only to students or people who stay away from home for study or job.
Regards
Shilpa
Moreover if its decided not to give subsidiary then why Govt has made the move to register bank account for all who need subsidiary ?
Does govt want to peep citizens pocket to know its account balance by registering every ones account.
We have spent 2-3 days from bank to LPG agency to get this subsidiary, now after all these struggle Govt want to say now "you wont be given subsidiary" ?
why this rule ? Why all these drama made ?
