In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

KISI KA NAAM , KISI KA ADDRESS, KISI KA PHOTO = 420 MAXIMUM 420 START HI GOV. DEPARTMENT SE HOTI H Govt ko Sabhi Identity & address Proof Including Rashan Card Computerized karke online traking system bhi karna cahiye . because insabhi m change karke log ise sim card purchases karne m or RTO m use kar rahe h KISI YE SIRF EXAMPLE H OR JANE KAHAN- KAHAN MAXIMUM 420 START HI GOV. DEPARTMENT SE HOTI H

Good evening Sir, This is Snigdha from Home Ministry (North Block) Sir, I have submitted by hand letter to south block pm Office.on 21 Aug 2014. but i hav,nt get revert.i calls in official no several time but no one gives correctly sometimes rude. that letter is not on my benefit that's on our country's benefit. i can't discuss brief in msg.My grand father told me always work for India's Interest and do needful.he is former nagar adyaksh of bjp. otc Rss.1994 to 98..Thank You sir.. >less...

Govt ko Sabhi Identity Proof(PAN, Election, Aadhar, Driving License) me Passport Photograph aur Webcam ke Pichhe Background ka Color bhi WHITE Rakhna Chahiye, sath hi Webcam se Photo lete Wakt Person ke Chehare par Light Rakhni chahiye Jis se Photo Achchha Dikhe aur Identity Card ya uske Photocopy ka Istemal Karte Wakt Govt Authority ko sahi Identity Owner ki Pehchan ka pata chale. Iske sath Photo bhi Upload kar Raha hu jis se Aisa Karne ki Jarurat kyu he aapko pata chale.

Digital India initiative once functional shall no doubt revolutionize the life of every citizen of our great country,but a serious thought is needed for availibility of access to internet connectivity & in particular to the speed.At present thr provider of the said services are fleecing the public by increased load on a server,slow speeds and high charges through unfair practices..A Govt policy on broad band shall facilitate better services from pvt operators.

Sir I am from Chattisgadh , & belonging from rular (Grameen) area.My hometown is at Tahsil place. But sir in Our village no any Nationalized Bank. Peoples took help from co-operative bank, Private sector bank.If this bank get close due to any reason.The poorer people get loose there money. Sir I think please implement the plan that upto the the villages the nationalized bank will reach. There are many District & Taluka (Tahsil ) places in India where the nationalized bank are not available.

MANN KI BAAT - innovative n far-reaching prog. It reaches ppl across all walks of life. Onething like to point out is the "INCLUSIVENESS". PM knows that large of NE n SouthIndia r not conversant in Hindi lang. So Plz start English also with Hindi so that the programme will be in 2 languages, This will have a far more reach and the sametime lot of people also feel that they also part of the Govt. So inclusiveness is vital for this great communication mission. Hope PM will implement it ASAP.

Recently Urban Dev, Ministry has done a fantastic job of evacuating illegal occupant. But still there are lot of illegal occupants in the Govt bungalows even though the Govt has taken stern action against them. Please publish the names of the illegal occupants still holding on to the Govt bungalow.These will act in 2 ways 1)the person will get embarrassed and try to leave the place ASAP 2) Govt is showing no-nonsense attitude regarding misusing of Govt properties.

"Digital India" a fantastic and innovative idea wherein the last mile is connected. The basic 2 Govt carriers MTNL & BSNL has to be involved in this Mission. The urgent need is complete recamp of the organisational structure of both these firms and make it more innovative. CHINA TELECOM - a state run is the best example how a Telecom Co. state run can achieve milestones. We should not miss this opportunity to revive these firms and make them more 'VALUABLE COMPANY"
