Live Talk with Shri Prakash Javadekar on #TransformingIndia

MyGov is organising a series of Talks on #TransformingIndia with Union Ministers to share the impact of various government initiatives across sectors. On 10th June 2016, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Shri Prakash Javadekar will interact live with citizens at 4PM.

Citizens are invited to share their ideas and post their questions on MyGov using the hashtag #TransformingIndia.

Respected sir, we know the standard time of a country is calculated on the basis of a longitude which is usually along the eastern side of that country. More over many countries use DST to save energy. But Indian standard time is calculated on the basis of 82.58*E passing nearby Allahabad. DST will be a very complicated system for our country. But moving to UTC+06:00 permanently is a very simple and necessary step. Will you please think about it sir. It will save much energy without complexity.
