A Wholesome Meal is needed for Nutrition. Indian grains, spices, vegetables and fruits have every Nutrition a body needs. Each Nutrition should be included in plate. Exercise helps to assimilate nutrition in body. An activity or Sport should also be included in lifestyle to have a POSHAN rich body
