What is the first most important step regarding nutrition in INDIA(on a mega scale) which can be followed at a very low cost?----------I think the step is-_As many nutritionists and guidelines by few govts in the world might be suggesting -to eat 5 times fruits( or vegetables which can be eaten raw =fruit+),this step is easiest to follow and at a very low cost.Already, for years,there are various programmes for planting trees.Under this programme fruit and some fruit+ trees/plants must h b pltd
