The draft NBPP is aimed at improving the availability, accessibility, quality of books and readership. The draft NBPP has been made under the guidance of the National Book Promotion Council (NBPC) which is chaired by the Hon’ble Minister of Human Resource Development. The draft NBPP is being placed domain for inviting comments and suggestions from the general public.

Indian books must have Indian Culture, Philosophy, Information about Indian/s contribution to India, World and Humanity at large. We read about various persons, countries and their achievements, contributions. We must Indians Achievements, Contributions, Life that will Inspire, Motivate Young and Old Indians.
Contents should be very interesting to promote Culture, Humanity, Personality, Behaviour, Relationship that brings Value Addition in Life of Individuals.
