World Mental Health Day is celebrated on 10th October every year, with overall objective of raising issues of mental health around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health. Based on this objective, MoHFW is taking a unique initiative to inspire people with the stories of achievers who fought with any kind of mental health illness. Being open about mental health experiences and the journey of overcoming the same might be beneficial for others who are seeking for help to fight mental illness. To bring together the achievers (who fought with mental illness) as well as the seekers (who are looking for help to overcome mental health illness). Ministry of Health and Family Welfare invites people to share and inspire.

we should take oath to keep our mind cool to be fresh and healthy,to do this one thing necessary to keep patience and avoid stress.In this era we are always facing a lot of trouble in every walk of life but we have to take a strong ability to takle the situation.only the patience can help us to reach the goal.we all should have a strong and iron determination to handle the situation smoothly and that is the lesson we can get from this valuable day.be calm and cool to be fresh in health and mind
